Become a Vendor

Join over 30 local businesses, food vendors, and artisans serving the flavors and crafts of our community. Download the application and return it with full payment and required documents.

In-Person Submission Required

Food vendors must stop by in person to speak with Irene Herrera before applying. All applications must be printed, completed, and submitted in person with full payment and required documents.

Application Checklist

  • Completed application form (both sides)
  • Full payment plus a $200 non-refundable cleaning deposit per booth
  • Copy of Liability Insurance Certificate naming Village of Melrose Park / Hispanofest, Inc.
  • Copy of Illinois Department of Health and Sanitation Certificate (food vendors only)
  • Signed and dated HispanoFest Regulations Form

Important Notes

  • Personal or business checks are not accepted. Cashier's check or money order only.
  • All paperwork and payment must be turned in by August 11, 2026.
  • Booths are assigned on a first come, first served basis.
  • Food items must be priced at $15.00 or less per item.
